Why the name?
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, our founder set out to master the art of baking—striving for flawless technique, perfect presentation, and five-star flavor. But somewhere between buttercream experiments and late-night bakes, she realized that perfection isn’t always what makes something memorable. It’s the tiny imperfections—the slightly off-center swirl, the cracked top, the personal touch—that make each cupcake feel handmade and full of love.
